In survey after survey, members suggest that networking is one of the most important aspects of their jobs in commercial real estate. Meeting with clients, prospecting, entertaining and doing showings and tours. It is also continuously cited as the top value proposition for CARW Membership. This got our leadership team thinking about what networking, as it relates to the association, really means. It can refer to both in-person and on-line networking opportunities. Examples include: gathering at events, searching the CARW directory, offering referrals, leverage the CARW brand for prospecting, engaging with CARW on social media, offering expertise for a program, joining a committee or submitting content for the CARW Connector. It all comes down to making connections and expanding your business – which is the ultimate goal for CARW. In this unprecedented time when our traditional networking is disrupted temporarily as a result of COVID-19, we will continue to offer the best opportunities to access valuable networks in commercial real estate.
