Starting at the end of July 2025, Moody’s is upgrading account security with multi-factor authentication for login access. This change will take place on Wednesday 7/23/25. I’m including a MFA Guide and some simple instructions that I was hoping you would want to include in your next newsletter to CARW members. I will also be sending out reminders to all Exchange members leading up to the change. There is currently a pop up that comes up on member’s profiles to let them know about the change.
New Login Instructions:
Please follow these steps to access your account once the upgrade is implemented:
- Login with your current credentials
- Receive an email with a unique authentication code
- Enter that code on the login screen to complete the process
This additional security layer helps prevent unauthorized access to your account and keeps your information safe. For more details, please refer to FAQ Guide (attached).
*Multi-factor authentication will not impact users using a client provided SSO authentication system.
