Patrick Gallagher, executive vice president of capital markets since 2016 in the CBRE Milwaukee office , has more than 37 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector.
Before joining CBRE, Gallagher was president and CEO of Siegel-Gallagher, a full-service Milwaukee commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm he co-founded in 1995, where he led the investment property sales team and set the strategic direction.
Before coming back to Milwaukee to start his own firm, his real estate investment career began in 1988 at Corporate Realty Advisors and later transitioned to Stein & Company in 1991.
Local recognition includes being named Real Estate Professional of the Year and Forty Under Forty (Milwaukee Business Journal), and Investment Deal of the Year (Commercial Association of Realtors, Wisconsin) three times.
Partnering with CBRE’s Capital Markets Team in Wisconsin focused on private equity and institutional clients, he has overseen the sale of more than 15,000 apartment units, and hundreds of retail, office, industrial properties, and development land, including five golf courses, with a total value of over $7 Billion.
Gallagher’s expertise extends to receivership and troubled asset advisory services, providing guidance to financial institutions. He has an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin Madison.

Took a class from the esteemed James Grasskamp at Madison and the light went on.
