What do you enjoy about working in CRE?
I enjoy working in commercial real estate because it allows me to shape development in a way that truly serves communities — creating spaces that are inclusive, vibrant, and aligned with the needs and voices of the people who live there. It’s the perfect blend of strategy, impact, and equity-driven problem-solving.
What is your favorite quote or personal mantra?
When asked what you people want, civil rights advocate and Milwaukee leader Vel Phillips said, “My dear man, the same things you want. A place to live, green grass, a white picket fence, a place to go to work and good schools for our children”.
Where’s your favorite place to travel—or a destination still on your bucket list?
As the daughter of a Puerto Rican mother, I enjoy traveling to San Juan once a year and island hopping whenever the chance presents itself.

I’m a pretty good baker and in my free time I love to make sweet treats for family, friends, and it sometimes help sweeten the deal.
