Where did you grow up and how has it shaped who you are today?
I grew up in Reedsburg, WI on a dairy farm. I was taught at a very young age the value of hard work and responsibility.
What was considered “cool” when you were growing up that totally isn’t anymore?
Playing hide and seek on our farm. My friends loved it – so many places to hide.
What projects are you currently working on or most excited about?
Westphal is involved in a lot of projects right now. The coolest one is the UW Madison athletic training center next to Camp Randell.
Where’s your favorite place to travel—or a destination still on your bucket list?
Anywhere in the Caribbean.
Who would you love to have lunch with—past or present—and why?
Michael Jordan – He has always been my idol.
