For the past five years, I have partnered with commercial facilities across the country to restore safety, structural integrity, and operational continuity. My approach combines technical estimating accuracy with a consultative mindset. How did you get started in Commercial Real Estate?
I started in commercial real estate while I was living in New Jersey when I started my own janitorial franchise. I helped commercial property owners create a clean and welcoming environment.
What do you enjoy about working in CRE?
I enjoy crafting tailored solutions for CRE professionals and helping them maintain a safe environment.
What projects are you currently working on or most excited about?
I am working on a large demolition and remodeling project with a developer in Milwaukee.
Where did you grow up and how has it shaped who you are today?
Sheboygan Falls – The friends and family I am closest to. These relationships started there and have remained strong and they wouldn’t have happened without growing up there.
Where’s your favorite place to travel—or a destination still on your bucket list?
My favorite place to travel is to the Jersey Shore for the music and boardwalk.
