Congratulations to CARW member, Pat Kressin. Pat Kressin has been named the firm’s new President, marking the start of the fourth generation of leadership at GRAEF. Kressin will officially assume his role as President on January 1, 2025. He will succeed John Kissinger, who will continue as CEO until his retirement. At that time, Kressin will also take on the President and CEO titles. Kressin is a University of Wisconsin-Madison graduate with GRAEF since 1995. Throughout his nearly 30-year career, he has been instrumental in successfully delivering numerous landmark projects, including the redevelopment of BAYSHORE, the Komatsu South Harbor Campus, Discovery World, and the Milwaukee Art Museum, among others. Pat has led Business Development for the firm in WI, IL, MN, and FL.
