In this role, Matt’s responsibilities will still include client strategy and project implementation, but with additional emphasis on aligning complementary CBRE practices such as labor rate & availability analyses, economic incentives, transportation assessments, workplace studies, and the like. As one of the youngest in the company to achieve a Senior Vice President title, it is a true testament to Matt’s hard work, dedication, and ability to add value for his clients many times over. Matt is celebrating 9 years with CBRE this upcoming January.
