On Wednesday, April 11, CARW President Tracy Johnson joined REDIComps’ James Bertolli and Josh Parrish to present the Wisconsin Commercial Data Exchange to the Madison Commercial Brokers Group members. The meeting took place at the Lyric Apartments and included continuing education and tours. Madison brokers were receptive to the exchange and many have been using the product since it was introduced in January. Dane County and the Madison market has been a focus of the development team.
