Fewer than one percent of commercial real estate practitioners worldwide hold this designation, marking a significant milestone in Kyle’s career. By earning SIOR, Kyle joins an elite global network committed to excellence and elevating standards across the profession.
Since joining Colliers in 2017, Kyle has played a key role in more than ten million square feet of commercial real estate transactions across both leasing and sales. In 2018, he was recognized as Colliers’ Rookie of the Year; he completed the CARW Next Gen Program in 2019 and is a NAIOP Developing Leader with All-Star Status. Kyle remains deeply engaged in the industry, serving as President of the CCIM Wisconsin Chapter’s Board of Directors for 2026 and as a member of the Real Estate Alliance for Charity (REACH) Board of Directors.
A former junior and college hockey player, Kyle brings the same competitive spirit, teamwork, and discipline from the rink into his real estate practice. Clients benefit from his drive, commitment, and collaborative approach. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys playing hockey and golf and is an avid supporter of the Packers, Brewers, and Bucks.
