JHall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman is the nation’s largest law firm focused on matters specific to health care organizations. Hall Render is currently seeking a commercial real estate attorney with three to eight years of experience to join the firm’s real estate team. The ideal candidate would have substantial experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements and other commercial real estate documents. The candidate would have the opportunity to work out of our Detroit, Denver, Indianapolis, or Milwaukee office.
The candidate would be joining a strong and sophisticated team of real estate professionals that serve hospitals, health care providers and developers working on real estate transactions across the country. Hall Render’s healthcare platform and client base will provide qualified candidates with an excellent opportunity to develop and grow their practice and book of business.
Hall Render offers competitive compensation and benefits. Benefits include medical/vision/dental/disability/life insurance, PTO, 401(k) and profit sharing, parental leave, CLE allowance, and cell phone. For purposes of complying with Colorado pay transparency requirements, a good faith estimation of the annualized salary range for this role is $140,000 to $210,000, depending on the candidate’s overall experience, skillset, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
