On Thursday morning, CARW members joined the Founders 3 Real Estate team for a tour of the J. Jeffers & Company development, the Huron Building. The Huron was the CARW Judges Choice Deal of the Year winner. Jeanine Sweeney, Ned Purtell, and Elizabeth Pancratz provided three tours to our members to see all aspects of the new development. The Huron Building is unique in that $14M of investments were crowdfunded in one night! Husch Blackwell is currently the Huron’s anchor tenant and Tupelo Honey a Carolina Mountains southern food restaurant is slated to open their first location in Wisconsin in early 2021. Tupelo Honey will have outdoor seating facing the Third Ward. A deck on the 8th floor, catering kitchen and fitness center are all part of the buildings common area.
