Following the CARW AI program in December, we received a lot of feedback from members wanting to engage more. Our partners at Marquette University are in the early stages of sourcing specific ways brokers and professionals in the real estate community leverage AI – and invite you to be a part of it. This community of individuals would meet monthly or every six weeks to discuss ways they are using AI, and opportunities they see in the marketplace. We believe that crowdsourcing your insights and experiences would greatly enrich all of our businesses. The sessions would be held virtually and would be 30-45 minutes each. We ask that you come willing to share information and ideas. We’re collecting names for now – so please contact Tracy Johnson at tracy@carw.com to join the list of people interested and we’ll reach out in early 2024 to get this project rolling. Note that we will only launch if there are enough people interested. Please respond no later than December 31, 2023.
