The Governor’s budget was released this week and there were a number of items that our industry has advocated for including the enumeration of I-94 East-West. This is one item that not only the GOP legislature supports, but the Governor does as well. There is still a great deal of work to be done on the funding for the project including the crucial FHWA support and a new record of decision which was rescinded in 2017 due to lack of funding.
