We have been teasing our announcement all week long with clues about who our keynote speaker will be for the September 30th Rainmaker Event and Retail Conference. We’ll reveal our speaker on Monday July 19. Here are the clues to date:
- Our keynote is one of the most recognized commercial real estate professionals in the country. He spends most of his time in Dallas, but has closed major deals in cities including Pasadena in 1993, Atlanta in 1994, Tempe in 1996 and Los Angeles in 2006.
- Continuing education is paramount for our speaker. He received his college degree as a Florida Gator in 1996, retired in 2004 and received the CCIM designation in 2011.
- It is an old adage that time kills deals. Our speaker is famous for rushing the field – so yes – he is very successful.
