REALTOR and Government Day took place on February 9th in Madison. The Capitol was abuzz with real estate professionals, lawmakers and lobbyists. The session is coming to a close and there is a lot of activity. The WRA is working around the clock to ensure several bills are passed into law. During the legislator visits, a number of important issues were discussed included: Workforce Housing, Foreclosure Equity Theft, 40-Year Expiration of Wisconsin Access Easements and Homeowners Associations.
