On Wednesday, November 13th CARW hosted its annual finance panel at Research One hosted by Irgens. Thank you Bill Suenkens with US Bank, Bruce Elliott with TriCity National Bank, Rickey Shneyder with Crux Commercial Partners, Adam Newman with Landmark Credit Union, and Dan Brandt with Old National Bank. The panel discussed how the lending environment changed over the past year, the areas each bank chooses to focus on, the impact of regulations, and the outlook for 2025. Across all panelists, the overall outlook for 2025 is positive. All parties felt that 2025 will be stronger than 2024. With post-election confidence, there are hopes that rates will remain steady with full pipelines!
