Partner Event – BizTimes Commercial Real Estate and Development Conference

Developer Fantasy Camp: Northridge 2.0

The City of Milwaukee taking control of former Northridge Mall property and demolishing the existing buildings creates an opportunity for a new development to bring needed investment in the far northwest side of the city. Teams of developers will share their ideas for transforming the site before the audience has a chance to pick their favorite.
