The transformation of Westown is happening at lightening speed. The Bucks Entertainment district and transformation of Old World Third Street cannot be ignored. New to the neighborhood is the long-awaited introduction of the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra’s new home at the Grand Theatre. The transformation of these amazing community assets; The Grand Theater and the MSO, will have lasting impact on our community and have been a long time in the making.  The project secured the state’s second-largest historic tax credit award for the Grand Theatre; a program that our community and industry worked collaboratively to maintain.
