Join us on Tuesday, August 20 for another CARW Lunch & Learn!
Kirk Williams, Managing Director at Cypress Equities, joins us to discuss Bayshore’s redevelopment plans at our Lunch & Learn on August 20th. The project moved forward after the City of Glendale gave Bayshore Town Center’s owner permission to carry out the extensive redevelopment. The redevelopment will eliminate the enclosed mall component, reducing the overall retail space from 830,000 SF to 523,000 SF. The plan, projected to be completed by year end 2020, calls for the introduction of new uses and expanding existing uses such as office and residential. Cypress wants to make this a community effort and welcomes the Milwaukee real estate community to participate.
