July Lunch and Learn: NAR Policy Update

According to the NAR Business Creation Index twenty-six percent of respondents said they had seen an increase in businesses closing in June 2017. The highest it has been since the survey’s inception in August 2016 was at 28 percent in April 2017.
Confidence is high, but there is still uncertainty surrounding federal policies as they relate to real estate. 1031 Exchanges. Tax Reform. EB-5.
