Lunch and Learn – Bucks Arena: Real Estate Opportunities with Peter Feigin – New Location and Additional Speaker!!
Join Milwaukee Bucks’ leadership to discuss the progress on the new arena and live block project. CARW members were actively involved with the advocacy related to this project and continue to be involved with the group behind the scenes and out front. So much has already been accomplished but there is so much more to do. We are honored to have with us, Peter Feigin, Milwaukee Bucks President. He’ll update us on the progress of the development, give us some perspective of what is coming next, and how we can be involved. Don’t miss this opportunity!
Peter Feigin has been President of Milwaukee Bucks, Inc. since October 2014. Feigin came to the Bucks with a depth of experience in both in the NBA and the corporate world. Prior to the Milwaukee Bucks, he served as Chief Marketing and Revenue Officer of Deluxe Entertainment Services Group in New York City, where he managed global business units and handled branding across the international entertainment company. Prior to working at Deluxe, Feigin was president and COO of Marquis Jet Partners and helped lead its acquisition by NetJets. From 1998 to 2004, he worked for the New York Knicks and rose to become Vice President of Marketing – increasing profits, season subscriptions and suite revenue during his tenure. Additionally, Feigin has served as a senior advisor to the Milwaukee Bucks since the ownership change, helping reorganize and refocus its business operations.

Blair Williams, Managing Director of Real Estate at Milwaukee Bucks, Inc. Blair founded WiRED Properties in August, 2005. Blair is a native Milwaukeean and is passionate about Milwaukee, community and the built environment. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.A. in History, a J.D., an M.B.A. and an M.S. in Real Estate, Blair is also a dedicated Badger.
WiRED has become the leading mixed-use development firm in Southeastern Wisconsin. Recent developments include the multiple award-winning Cornerstone and Ravenna in Shorewood and Mequon Town Center in Mequon. Current developments include Drexel Town Square in Oak Creek, Wi, Lilly Preserve in Brookfield, WI, Ballpark Commons in Franklin, WI, Stitchweld in Bay View, WI and the National Ace Hardware Building in Milwaukee, WI. Most recently, Blair was engaged by the Milwaukee Bucks to act as Managing Director, Real Estate and to quarterback the ancillary development associated with the new arena.
