Jeremy Bengtson and Molly Bengston will be discussing what’s possible using Catylist’s Google Earth Pro integration.

Location has always been, and will always be a key factor in making real estate decisions and determining a property’s value. In the recent past, creating a professional decision-making level map took hours or days, and required expensive software and specialized training. We are offering a 60-minute course to show straightforward methods for creating robust maps in just minutes, using freely available mapping applications from Google.

A few of the highlights of the course will include plotting available for sale/lease properties on a map, creating drive/distance rings from a specific business or location, showing surrounding retail businesses, site overlays, and building expansion proposals, sharing or showing your client the best locations, and where to find such data.

How could this program help me? Maybe your client wants to see all their locations with a 5-mile drive ring around them. Now let’s look at their competition the same way. Are there areas that your client out to be focusing on for potential development? What if your client is looking to expand? Quickly create a map of possible sites or buildings that are available, and show them available options including the surrounding traffic, parking, coffee shops, or other important facts about the area. If a picture says a thousand words, then a map must say a million!
