CORE Development Case Competition – Final Round & Networking Reception

CARW and Marquette University invite members to attend the CORE Development Case Competition Final Round and Networking Reception, an annual event highlighting top undergraduate real estate talent from across Wisconsin.
Student teams from universities statewide will present development proposals for a real, Milwaukee-based site, incorporating financial feasibility, market analysis, and execution strategy. The final round features the top 3 teams advancing from preliminary judging earlier in the day.

Saturday, February 28th
Event Schedule – 
  • 1:30 PM – Doors open / registration
  • 2:00 PM – Opening remarks
  • 2:30–4:00 PM – Finalist team presentations
  • 4:00 PM onward – Networking reception with open bar and light appetizers
This event provides CARW members the opportunity to:
  • Observe development-focused case presentations
  • Engage with students interested in real estate, development, finance, and related fields
  • Network with fellow CARW members, faculty, and industry professionals
