The Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services Requires all real estate licensees to complete 18 hours of continuing education. CARW is proud to offer six (1) hour elective courses of Commercial Continuing Education.

Session 6 – Introduction to Commercial Real Estate

This course provides an introduction to commercial real estate, including key asset types, transaction structures, leasing fundamentals, and basic financial concepts. Participants will gain a foundational understanding of broker responsibilities, risk considerations, and how commercial transactions differ from residential real estate.

***These courses are FREE to CARW members and $40 for non-members. These courses are open to Wisconsin licensees only. Note that there is no fee to attend, however, if a registrant does not cancel within 48 hours or is a no-show, a $25 fee will be assessed. Note that the mandatory CE (12 hours) will be offered online by WRA. Courses must be completed by December 15th, 2026.
