Session 5 – Zoning, Land Use & Entitlement Law

This course introduces key zoning, land use, and entitlement concepts in Wisconsin commercial real estate transactions. Participants will learn to identify zoning-related risks, understand common approval processes, and apply best practices for communicating with clients while remaining within broker responsibilities and legal boundaries.

***These courses are FREE to CARW members and $40 for non-members. These courses are open to Wisconsin licensees only. Note that there is no fee to attend, however, if a registrant does not cancel within 48 hours or is a no-show, a $25 fee will be assessed. Note that the mandatory CE (12 hours) will be offered online by WRA. Courses must be completed by December 15th, 2026.
