Session 4 – Title, Easements & Access Law Essentials

This course introduces key legal concepts related to title commitments, easements, and access rights in Wisconsin commercial real estate transactions. Participants will learn to identify common title and survey-related risks, understand the role of due diligence tools, and apply best practices for communication and referral while remaining within broker responsibilities.

***These courses are FREE to CARW members and $40 for non-members. These courses are open to Wisconsin licensees only. Note that there is no fee to attend, however, if a registrant does not cancel within 48 hours or is a no-show, a $25 fee will be assessed. Note that the mandatory CE (12 hours) will be offered online by WRA. Courses must be completed by December 15th, 2026.
