Commercial Continuing Education – Session 3 – Property Condition & Due Diligence: Legal Issues

The Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services Requires all real estate licensees to complete 18 hours of continuing education.  CARW is proud to offer six (1) hour elective courses of Commercial Continuing Education.

Session 3 – Property Condition & Due Diligence: Legal Issues

This course introduces key legal considerations related to property condition and due diligence in Wisconsin commercial real estate transactions. Participants will review common environmental and physical risks, understand the purpose and limitations of due diligence reports, and learn how to communicate findings while staying within broker responsibilities and legal boundaries.

***These courses are FREE to CARW members and $40 for non-members. These courses are open to Wisconsin licensees only.  Note that there is no fee to attend, however, if a registrant does not cancel within 48 hours or is a no-show, a $25 fee will be assessed. Note that the mandatory CE (12 hours) will be offered online by WRA.  Courses must be completed by December 15th, 2026.
