Session 2 – Legal Pitfalls in Commercial Leases

This course introduces common legal risks in Wisconsin commercial leases and the broker’s role in identifying and managing those risks. Participants will review key lease provisions, understand broker responsibilities and limitations, and learn when to involve legal counsel to reduce liability and support compliant transactions

***These courses are FREE to CARW members and $40 for non-members. These courses are open to Wisconsin licensees only. Note that there is no fee to attend, however, if a registrant does not cancel within 48 hours or is a no-show, a $25 fee will be assessed. Note that the mandatory CE (12 hours) will be offered online by WRA. Courses must be completed by December 15th, 2026.
