Commercial Continuing Education | Courses 3 & 4

Each biennium, REALTOR members are required to take 18 hours of Continuing Education. Working with the WRA, we have put together multiple days of in-person sessions. Save the following dates. All classes will be at 250 E Wisconsin Ave – 1st Floor Conference Room in Downtown Milwaukee. When planning, remember, any combination of courses will suffice for your 18 hours. A 2.5 ethics requirement is needed and part of Course 4 (or may be taken at no charge online). The member fee is $30/course and the non-member fee is $50.
