Milwaukee business leaders use innovation, investment and collaboration to bring jobs, vitality and opportunity to areas of the City outside the boundaries of the robust Downtown market. In partnership with the National Association of REALTORS, CARW will spotlight active market participants leading by example in actively transforming areas of our City that are most in need of new ways of thinking. The program will include a facilitated discussion highlighting: cluster development, the Near West Side Partners initiative and strategic investment, workforce, and private-public partnerships.
