CI 101 with CCIM Wisconsin | Start Your Path to the CCIM Designation

Join CCIM Wisconsin from Tuesday, May 5 through Friday, May 8 in Downtown Milwaukee for CI 101: Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate. This four-day intensive workshop serves as the foundation course for the CCIM designation and is a cornerstone class for real estate professionals, especially at a time when risk mitigation, pricing strategy, and market cycles are critical considerations for investors.

CARW and CCIM members who register before April 1 will receive a $250 reimbursement upon successful completion of the course.

During this course, participants will learn how to:

• make informed investment decisions using the CCIM Cash Flow Model
• measure the impact of federal taxation and financial leverage on cash flow throughout the acquisition, ownership, and disposition phases of an investment; and
