Join CCIM Wisconsin on August 22nd for the Annual Signature Event featuring one of the region’s latest redevelopment projects currently underway in the Milwaukee County Research Park —Irgens’ RESEARCH DRIVE REDEVELOPMENT. This master-planned project is underway to create an integrated, mixed-use campus of complementary uses including office, retail, medical, and multifamily. Attendees will gather in the spec suite at the renovated office building, RESEARCH ONE, for casual networking (snacks and beverages provided by Irgens) to learn more about the inception and development of this unique project, followed by optional building and site tours.
