How Your Deal Looks From the Bank’s Side & What Worries the Bank About Your Deal
“We’ve all been there. The deal you’ve worked for weeks to pull together is finally on track — or at least it was until the Bank said they just couldn’t make the loan. Our goal today will be to try to give you an idea of what the Bank is looking for, to comply both with banking regulations and its own underwriting guidelines, so that you can anticipate and hopefully avoid some of the more common loan killing issues.“
