CARW Member Meet-Up with Andre Ghelfi-Thomas (Gilbane) Downtown Milwaukee

CARW Member Meet-up: Connect Casually with CARW
CARW is continuing its Member Meet-Up series—informal gatherings designed to foster authentic connections within our community. These casual get-togethers, hosted by members, for members, are a great way to engage with fellow professionals over lunch, dinner, or even a quick coffee. It’s a low-key, high-value way to build relationships, exchange ideas, and stay connected within the CARW network.
How It Works
Each meet-up will be thoughtfully executed by a volunteer leader, selecting fun and vibrant locations. Whether you’re looking to strengthen professional relationships or simply enjoy great food and company, CARW Member Meet-up offers a fresh way to engage with fellow CARW members.

Interested in hosting a session?
Hosting is simple—and a great way to connect with fellow members in a more personal setting. Here’s what to do
- Pick a spot you like – a favorite lunch spot, happy hour location, or cozy coffee shop. Let the CARW team know so we can support you.
- Collaborate with CARW staff to choose a date and time that works best.
- Spread the word to your circle – invite a few CARW members you know (or want to get to know!).
- We’ll provide access to your attendee list so you can communicate with participants in advance. We strongly recommend sending a calendar invite to keep everyone on the same page.
- We’ll help promote the meet-up through our channels to help round out the group.
- Lead the conversation – we’ll provide optional talking points if you want them, but this is meant to be easy and casual.
- Keep us posted – let us know how it went and share a photo or two if you’d like!
These meet-ups are meant to be fun, simple, and meaningful. You pick the vibe, we’ll back you up.
