One of the most important engagements of the year is Commercial Real Estate and Government Day. This year, the event will be held on Wednesday, April 24th in Madison. By participating in this fast-paced, half-day event, you have the opportunity to meet your elected state representatives, establish and strengthen relationships, and ensure key policy proposals advancing the commercial real estate industry.
CARW, CCIM, SIOR, AASEW, NAIOP, WCREW and other CRE organizations to storm the State Capitol for REALTOR® Government Day.
Tentative Agenda
8:00 AM: Bus Departs for Madison from Goerke’s Corners (Limited to 15 seats. First come, first serve!)
9:45 AM – Arrival/Registration; State Capitol, Room TBA
10:00 – 11:00 AM – Guest Speakers (more information soon)
11:00-11:30 AM – Issues Briefing, Tom Larson, CARW/NAIOP/WRA
11:30-11:55 AM – Legislative Visit
12:00 – 12:30 PM – Legislative Visit
12:30 – 1:00 PM – Lunch Break (Room TBA); move to Concourse Hotel
1:00-1:45 PM – Governor Evers (invited); Concourse Hotel (WRA program)
2:00 PM – Depart Madison for Goerkes Corner (boxed lunches provided on bus)
3:30 PM – Arrive at Goerkes Corner
$30 per person – includes bus transportation & lunch
$15 per person – does NOT include transportation or lunch
