On Wednesday, January 10th, brokerage leaders, Ben Adank, SARA Investment Real Estate, Kevin Armstrong, CBRE, Jeff Hoffman, SIOR, CCIM, Cushman & Wakefield | BOERKE, Max Rasansky, CBRE, and Kevin Schmoldt, NAI MLG Commercial joined us for the CARW NextGen January meeting. These panelists joined us at the 250 training room to share their experiences working with the commercial real estate industry, issues they have run into, and tips for success in servicing their clients. Each one, while slightly different, emphasized the importance of the hustle and that commercial real estate, while very enjoyable, is a 24/7 industry. They shared how they reserach clients and stay ahead of the game in order to service clients. Strong communication, research and listening skills were emphasized.
