CARW is pleased to work with the Southshore REALTORS Association on this high-impact program. Opportunity Zones support job creation, job retention, capital investment and environmental remediation by providing nonrefundable tax credits that can help to reduce a company’s Wisconsin State income tax liability, thereby helping to enhance its cash flow to either increase the expansion project’s scope, accelerate the timing of the project or enhance payroll. Also, the program incents the creation of jobs for target group members. Join us for no fee at this program and breakfast meeting to learn more. Attendance is capped at 100.
