Breakdown of Dues and Fees:
Thank you for your continued membership with CARW! We have received inquiries about the dues breakdown for your dollars. Below we attempted to capture the benefits. Membership in CARW for practicing REALTORS® requires a membership in CARW, WRA and NAR as well as a mandatory NAR assessment. There are a number of optional fees that can be paid at dues time that are also outlined below. All three levels of the association work with one another to deliver services locally, to you. Note that payments for 2020 are due by December 1st, 2020 unless paying through the payment plan (in which case the final payment is pulled on December 15).
