Deborah has been a commercial investment REALTOR® for over 38 years. She recently changed her focus from brokerage and apartment ownership/management to overseeing her own portfolio. She is the owner of Eastmore Real Estate a solely owned woman’s business. In 1993, when she formed the Southeastern Commercial Association of Realtors (SWCAR), Deborah was a director of the Wisconsin Realtors Association and director and President-Elect of the Milwaukee Board of Realtors (MBR), a position she resigned from to assume the position of President of SWCAR. In 1994, Deborah received the distinguished award for “Realtor of the Year” from both SWCAR and the MBR. In 2009 she was honored to receive “The Distinguished Service Award” from CARW. In 2012 she won “The Mixed-Use Deal of the Year” award. In addition to her years of service to CARW and the MBR Deborah has spent many hours mentoring young and upcoming women & men who have chosen a career path in commercial investment real estate brokerage and ownership.
