MILWAUKEE – Commercial Association of REALTORS® Wisconsin (CARW), the voice of commercial real estate, is pleased to announce the organization’s 2022/23 Board of Directors and the 2022 commercial real estate Deals of the Year. The announcements were presented to an audience of 300 commercial real estate professionals in attendance at the annual Deal of the Year Awards and Annual Meeting event on October 26, 2022, at The Grain Exchange.
The prestigious CARW Deal of the Year recognition was awarded in five categories: Development, Industrial, Investment, Office and Retail.
“This was a big year for the Commercial Real Estate industry and the nominations reflected the activity and connectedness of our members and their partners,” said Tracy Johnson CARW CEO. “The diverse portfolio of deals should inspire everyone in business and real estate throughout the State.” Deals close between August 1, 2021, and July 31, 2022
At the Annual Awards Event, CARW, through the CARW Foundation recognized an inductee into the CARW Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame.
