The Deal of the Year Awards & Annual Meeting recognizes the most notable commercial real estate professionals and transactions in Wisconsin. The awards event was created to highlight accomplished CARW REALTOR® members who have displayed exceptional achievement in sale and/or lease transactions. The date of the event is Wednesday, October 25th, 2023.
Submission categories include Office, Industrial, Retail, Investment, Development, and more! The form can be found below.

- Photo Resolution: 1920 x 1080p or higher Frame Rate: 29.97 or higher
- Other formats with as little compression as practical
- Minimum acceptable pixels: 2,000 pixels on the shortest side 72 DPI
- Try to provide variety in photos, video, renderings etc – this gets formatted as a video
Deals must be completed between August 1, 2022, and July 31, 2023.
Submission must be received by Friday, August 25th by 5:00 PM.
