The Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services requires all real estate licensees to complete 18 hours of continuing education during each two-year licensing period (biennium) in order to renew your license. This is accomplished by completing six 3-hour classes included in the current biennium’s curriculum and passing the exams for each class.
