7th, CARW Members were able to participate in the first in-person commercial continuing education course of the year. Instructor Mike Testa, CCIM, led participants through the Prospecting and Marketing Compliance in Wisconsin for 1 elective CEU. The courses took place at the 250 Conference Center – the home of CARW. New in 2024, CARW is bringing commercial-specific courses to the market, available in one-hour courses. These are offered at no fee to CARW REALTOR members. 6 CEUs are available. 5 classes remain and include topics including AI in Commercial Real Estate, 1031 Exchange and more.
