Our CARW member The Barry Company is celebrating a big birthday this year with its 100th anniversary! According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel:
“Founded in 1921, the company has been involved in some of Wisconsin’s largest commercial real estate transactions.
Those include the development of New Berlin Industrial Park, Brookfield’s Bishop’s Woods Office Park and Germantown Business Park, as well as assembling land for development of what is now called the U.S. Bank Center — Milwaukee’s tallest building.
More recently, Barry Co. helped assemble land for Amazon.com Inc.’s Kenosha distribution center, and the Milwaukee Public Museum’s future downtown home.“
Congrats on 100 years!
