One of the most important engagements of the year is Commercial Real Estate and Government Day. This year, the event will be held on Wednesday, April 24th in Madison*. *Every other year, the event is held early in the year – alternating years, it is held late. This is due to the budget process and timing. In 2019, the Governor’s budget is scheduled to be released in late February.
