The Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services requires all real estate licensees to complete 18 hours of continuing education. CARW is proud to offer six (1) hour in-person ELECTIVE courses approved by the State of Wisconsin for REALTOR Continuing Education. These courses were designed to be delivered in one-hour segments and are commercial-focused. These courses are FREE to CARW members and $25 for non-members. These courses are open to Wisconsin licensees only. Note that there is no fee to attend, however, if a registrant does not cancel within 48 hours or is a no-show, a $25 fee will be assessed. Note that the mandatory CE (12 hours) will be offered online by WRA. Courses must be completed by December 15th, 2024.
