The Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services requires all real estate licensees to complete 18 hours of continuing education. CARW is proud to offer six (1) hour in-person ELECTIVE courses approved by the State of Wisconsin for REALTOR Continuing Education. These courses were designed to be delivered in one-hour segments and are commercial-focused. These courses are FREE to CARW members and $25 for non-members. These courses are open to Wisconsin licensees only. Note that there is no fee to attend, however, if a registrant does not cancel within 48 hours or is a no-show, a $25 fee will be assessed. Note that the mandatory CE (12 hours) will be offered online by WRA. All courses must be completed by December 15th, 2024 and submitted to DSPS for license renewal.

Session 1 – Prospecting and Marketing Compliance in Wisconsin | Tuesday, August 27th @ 9 AM (1 CEU)
