CARW will offer Commercial Continuing Education beginning in January 2020. Each biennium, REALTORS are required to fulfill 18 hours of REALTOR CE which is approved by the State of Wisconsin. We will offer two different full sessions over six days in late winter / early spring at the TWO-FIFTY offices. Please consider taking these courses which provide hand’s-on experience and excellent networking with other commercial real estate industry professionals. Instructors are industry professionals, often attorneys or appraisers who have become certified to teach through the State.
A small group of leaders on the board and programs committee reviewed proposed course segments offered by the State and WRA – and gave input for the sessions. From there, the WRA will work to pull together formal content for both the live and on-line courses.
We will be reaching out to instructors to formulate the course details in the coming weeks. Additionally, if you or someone in your firm is interested in becoming an instructor, contact us – there is a simple form that must be processed with the State. tracy@carw.com
