We are very close to making a big announcement about Commercial Continuing Education for the 2023/24 biennium. Wisconsin licensed REALTORS will need to take 18 credit hours of REALTOR CE including 12 mandatory hours and 6 electives. CARW has been working with local instructors from our industry and membership on SIX one-hour elective courses. These courses will be presented in-person in one-hour increments and will be announced in mid-July with dates through December 2024 (courses must be taken by the end of 2024).
